I always thought I’d die crushed under the weight of my TBR pile, but my death was a plot twist I didn’t see coming. Save your sympathy! Now that I’m dead, I’m living my best freaking life. I’m free to read books for hours on end without worrying about food, rent, or, well, any interruptions.
I might finally be able to get through my TBR list… maybe. The only one who can see me in my ghostly form is Wasabi, an adorable rat that lives in the library archives. At least, he was the only one until three not-quite-human guys walked into my life. It started with Rhodes wandering into the library and noticing me admiring his gorgeous body—something that should’ve been impossible since no one could see me. Was it possible to die twice… this time from embarrassment?
The guys have come to my small town to figure out why so many lost souls are gathering here, and they want my help. I can’t deny their touch is addictive, and the fact they are willing to share is intriguing, but I prefer to keep my drama inside the pages of a book.
My TBRs aren’t going to read themselves, and these men are becoming a distraction I don’t need or want.
Although, maybe after just one more chapter, I could take a quick break…TBR is a standalone that may become a series in the future, however this book ends with a HEA. No cliffhangers to be found here! If you are obsessed with your TBR list, like hot guys who are determined to get their girl, enjoy laughing at inappropriate times, and love steam... then you should definitely add this book to your TBR, or better yet, go ahead and listen to it! *Duet Narration by Bridget Bordeaux & Jake Bordeaux*

Librarian dies by buried in the books she loves. But she’s not bummed about it. Pretty happy. Now she can read all the time.
One day, 3 pretty men come into her life and they can see and touch her. She does not feel like the hesitant woman she did in life. No one knows why this ghost has not past along to next life when non should last this long. They all start to realize, there is more to the story and many surprises.
My review
The main plot story was pretty well done. I gotta say, I was surprised at a few parts. Did not see that coming.
The main female character was sweet but came off as dim witted at times when her emotions came into play. Like, if I was a ghost for a long time. Then I would rejoice at touching another person for the first time. Her logic was an odd one. Plus some sexy parts came off awkward with her ramblings. More of an eye roll than sexy. The main males were good. Men who can treat a woman well, and no bully crap here.
There is one part that bugged me. The confrontation part, I have no idea how it ended. I rewind it a few times. But how the hell did it end. Where did the guy go. I did not understand it. Odd.
Narration review
I’ve listened to these readers a few times before and I love them for the right books. Then I dislike them for others. This one was good. Fit it well with nerdy woman and flirty man.
Would I recommend?
Yes I would. This was really good for a freebie, but I would not be disappointed if I paid.
Needy love, funny, action, surprises, and smexy bits that some will love.
Not bad for freebie
