About this listen

In these delightful and playful talks, Osho introduces the mystery, the wonder and the emptiness that is Zen, not comparable to anything else and a completely different approach to life. The chapters alternate between elaborating original excerpts by the 14th Zen master, Ikkyu, taking us into the world of Zen – and responding to personal questions, which brings the world of Zen into our lives, connects with our issues and questions.

Listening to this series, recorded in India in an open-air auditorium with a live audience, we are listening to a Zen master – this is not intellectualized learning about Zen, not a lecture – but direct experiencing, which touches the being and helps our transformation.

Zen and Osho’s whole message is to experience the essence of emptiness, that blissful state of no-mind where this endlessly chattering mind with old conditionings stops running out of control and we are free to be ourselves.

Osho on fire

I'm about 11 chapters in. Every part so far has really been amazing. So much Osho gold here.

Typical Osho Brilliance

This title and "The secret of secrets" are all I've needed. I have listened to the latter 7 times and this one once so far, and I cannot articulate the effect they've had on me. I'm a completely different man who is much more to my liking, and all of the pieces of my life are falling into place so effortlessly. Highly recommended. Thank you, Osho.

The Best!

Osho is a teacher difficult to pigeonhole. One moment he says one thing, then another time he contradicts himself. But one thing is certain, he cares and he brings transformative teachings. These lectures are, if digested and put to practice, are treasures for sure. Listen and listen again. Bravo Osho!

Taking it Easy is Amazing!

Truly a beautiful masterpiece just like all of his talks. His sharing, his Love is beyond words and Silence. We need a commune in Upstate New York or at least a place for Sannyasins to come together.
