Good summary, monotone narration

This book series provides some good information, but it was very difficult to listen to. The narration is distracting. The narrator speaks in monotone and sounds very robotic.

info not good for audio book

this is probably the 6th book I have found with this format but the only one that doesn't have an accompanying pdf. if it had a 6 page document with the links and charts it reads of at length this would have rated very high but I can google search resources faster than writing down a long url that is read off in this audio book

Not worth it for real deed investors

I was hoping to get some useful information on Tax Deeds and this book or set of books does NOT deliver. Very useless for those that say hey what happens when I get a tax deed… how does the auction operate. What steps are there to clear title. This book is fluff and repetitive. Move on

Would not recommend

You officially get over 4 hours of information, but in fact most of the stuff is just repeated and repeated and repeated a few times so you're getting maybe 1.5 hours information.

Regarding the information itself, some things are actually explained well and quite detailed, but some things are explained in a very birds eye view and it won't help you start doing it right away without doing more research.
