"Sweet spot." Golfers understand the term. So do tennis players. Ever swung a baseball bat or paddled a Ping-Pong ball? If so, you know the oh-so-nice feel of the sweet spot. Life in the sweet spot rolls like the downhill side of a downwind bike ride. But you don't have to swing a bat or a club to know this. What engineers give sports equipment, God gave you. A zone, a region, a life precinct in which you were made to dwell. He tailored the curves of your life to fit an empty space in his jigsaw puzzle.

Story
Are you ever concerned that you don’t deserve to love and be loved because you are continually having to prove yourself? In You Are Beloved, Bobby Schuller shows you how to let go of these fears and put your trust in the One who sees you for who you really are. Here is an easy to follow, proven path to personal dignity for all those who think they are not good enough no matter how much they achieve. This path is illuminated by the truths that it is not about what you accomplish, but what has already been accomplished for you; not about what you have, but what has already been provided; and not about who others say you are, but who God says you are. Know that you are valued, cared for, and embraced. You Are Beloved will help you rebuild your life as a response to that assurance.

Not an audio of the book! But a lecture worth listening too.
I assumed I was purchasing the audio of the book cover shown. It is actually an audio of a lecture given on the book’s subject.
That being said, the last 15 minutes were very helpful to me.

Thought I was purchasing the whole book.
Did I really just pay twenty dollars for chapter one? What a Rip off. I am disappointed that the BBC whole book is not available.

Great detail!
I have heard a lot of self help info through counseling, books, and life experience but it was refreshing to hear detail. Perhaps I am at a point in my life that I am more open to the truth but I loved the explanation and definition of emotion...far past what I have heard before. And the explanation of misbeliefs with the constant chatter of the little voice inside. I would recommend this highly for anyone willing to listen with an open receptive mind!

Not the full book
This is not the full book! This is only a 1-hr lecture about the principles contained in the book. It's a good lecture, but was disappointed because I thought I was buying the full book.
