About this listen

Another great book from Rusty Wilson, Bigfoot expert and storyteller - tales for both the Bigfoot believer and those who just enjoy a good story! All new and original stories.

Flyfishing guide Rusty Wilson spent years collecting these stories from his clients around the campfire; stories guaranteed to scare the pants off you - or make you want to meet the Big Guy!

Come read about a Peeping Bigfoot - a Bigfoot who's tired of tourists - a backpacking trip that nearly ends in disaster - a Bigfoot who takes lightning in stride - a woman who finds definitive proof of the existence of Bigfoot - and the pilot stranded at a remote Canadian lake surrounded by Sasquatch - all great campfire tales! But be careful, as sleep will elude you...

Definitely Intense & a Must Have for Bigfoot Lovers

This is one of my favorite Rusty books. It is an intense wild ride of tales with the big guy. It also contains many of my favorite stories. Richard Henzel is superb on the audiobook narration. Whether or not you believe in the big guy, this book may just change your mind. Rusty is at his best, with a batch of scary, eerie, haunting and heartbreaking tales told in his masterful style. If you are new, skip the sample and buy the book, this is arguably one of, if not the best of his books. He puts you right in the action and you may want to leave the lights on for this one. If you have read any of his other books, this is a must have for your Rusty collection. These tales will stay with you after you have finished this book and hold up over repeat readings. Check out his other books, they are highly addictive, I have 10 myself, including his new Mysterious Bigfoot tales, another great book! If you enjoy them and I think you will stop by his Rusty Bigfoot blog page and say hello, he loves to hear from fans. This one may freak you out if you take it camping! Update: Rusty is planning a Bigfoot hunt! Read all about it on his Rusty Bigfoot blog page. Another great book is coming!

Great Stories

I can't get enough of these (I HOPE) true stories, cause I have no time for those that demean the whole field and Reasearch subject with skeptic fodder (fake tales), anyway there great and incredible I loved them and can't wait to hear more. If you like good and exciting stories then this book is for you.

Tall Tales

I've listed to a few of Wilson's books, and this will be the last one. First, he releases the same stories in different bundles. It's hard to know this unless you buy one.

Secondly, and this is the main reason I won't listen to more of his books:

I'm not a bigfoot believer, but I do enjoy hearing accounts of what people saw, or think they saw. The problem with this and every book by Wilson is that either the people who send him their stories are also skilled writers, or these are completely fictitious accounts created by the author, without any origin in a "real" experience. Every story has the same detail and flow, and it's not that they aren't well written - it's that they are all TOO well written as to be based on real life encounters.

Wilson tells a good story, but if you're looking for a recounting of "real" experiences people may have had, then look elsewhere.
