About this listen

An unknown invader - code name GRAY WOLF - commandeers a nuclear missile silo in North Dakota and threatens to launch a Minuteman III ICBM. The President's only containment option is to obliterate the Midwest's nuclear arsenal at a cost of millions of civilian lives.

Across the country in Key West, the world-renowned forensic sleuth Dr. Elliott Sumner is pulled into the international crisis moments after he spots a serial killer he put away for life. Elliott gets the call to examine hideously mutilated corpses found frozen solid in the wilderness. The macabre blood trail is the only way to identify GRAY WOLF, and give the President more options.

Setting aside a life-threatening condition, Sumner goes to North Dakota. Can Elliott solve the grisly international forensic puzzle, or will time run out? Can the launch of a rogue Minuteman III missile into the world be averted, or is a nuclear Armageddon the only outcome for the unimaginable terminal breach?

Wow wow wow!

This is probably the most riveting book I have ever listen to. I was completely consumed by the end of chapter 1.
Well done to both the author and narrator!
On a side note, I really like the Lekota legend as the intro into the book!

Review

"Superb and scintillating...Terminal Breach is brilliant.. Steve Bradshaw writing is propelling him past the likes of Wilbur Smith and Alistair MacLean to claim the mantle of the greatest action-adventure writer of this or any generation."

I really enjoyed it!

I was a bit confused in the beginning of the book, but quickly caught up. The story was fast paced and had a lot of moving parts.
It was really enjoyable.
The narrator sounded as if she was going to fall asleep, so I had to listen at 2 x speed, and that made it fine.

Very good

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This is a pretty good thriller, full of rich characters and an interesting story line. This was a fast paced listen with pretty good narration. There is just enough plausibility that make for some intense scenes. All in all, this was a great listen.

If you like technical accuracy read this book!

This thriller opens and closes with a Native American theme. Other than that, all is Western high-tech and sophisticated forensics. You won't get better real life technical accuracy anywhere else like this - death, forensics and suspense, as good as it gets.
