The sound is poor and I didn't realize this was just an excerpt from the book. Disappointed.

poor quality recording

The actress reading the exerpts was excellent. However, when I purchased this, I was expecting the entire book. I wasted a full credit on something I could have watched on YouTube.

Not enough of the actual book.

Interesting, I will be more sensitive to the issues raised here as I interact with people from different cultures.

This is a bad recording of a question and answer session with the author. Only a very short reading of the book.

Not a reading of the book.

It wasn’t clear to me this was a book club conversation not the book, I wasted a credit on it.

Not the book:(

Would you try another book from Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and/or Robin Desser and Francesca Choy-Kee ?

I would definitely try another book from Chimamanda, she's a phenomenal author. However, this was NOT an audible of the book. It was a taping of a discussion of the book.

Would you ever listen to anything by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie again?

The description of the audible would have to be explicitly clear on whether it is a book reading, or a discussion on the book in order for me to make that decision.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Robin Desser and Francesca Choy-Kee ?

I would have cast Chimamanda herself.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment.

Any additional comments?

None.
