About this listen

Over the years, startling evidence has been unearthed, challenging established notions of the origins of Earth and life on it and suggesting the existence of a superior race of beings who once inhabited our world.

The product of 30 years of intensive research, The 12th Planet is the first book in Zecharia Sitchin's prophetic Earth Chronicles series - a revolutionary body of work that offers indisputable documentary proof of humanity's extraterrestrial forefathers. Travelers from the stars, they arrived eons ago, and planted the genetic seed that would ultimately blossom into a remarkable species...called Man.

The 12th Planet brings to life the Sumerian civilization, presenting millennia-old evidence of the existence of Nibiru, the home planet of the Anunnaki, and of the landings of the Anunnaki on Earth every 3,600 years, and reveals a complete history of the solar system as told by these early visitors from another planet.

After investigating different religious beliefs, it is nice to have a scientific veiw point made of how mankind began. I would recommend anyone who is interested in the origins of mankind to give this book a listen.

Awesome details of possible human origins. Years of research condensed into a wonderful story of creation not taught by the mainstream. Very thought provoking to say the least and an open mind is required, yet facts are presented. We can not deny the artifacts left behind by advanced ancient civilizations. There's more to know then what we have been taught.

Insightful and Interesting

For devotees of the Ancient Alien hypothesis, Sitchen’s works are must reads. The narrator does an excellent job of delivering the content.

Many names make the beginning of this book really painful but, it is a very scholarly work not, a simple fictional story. I found the connections with the bible stunning and it really held my attention. Listening to this is often like reading a text book, so be warned.

Tough listen to start with
