I would call "Great Mystery, History & Sci-Fi."

Besides the section on the Nazca lines, the middle section regarding South American culture gets old, quick. Besides that, it's mostly a good listen.
Also, the narration is excellent. Very rare, as most people annoy me after a few hours of droning on. I do recommend playing at a slightly slower speed of 90% as this narrator is in a hurry, is chewing on coca leaves, or something hitherto unknown.
Surprisingly good, overall
