I've red all the books already but I wanted to try the audiobooks.
My six problems with it are:
1) max sounds really weird like an older lady in a sense and not AT ALL like a teen.
2) Nudge sounds really obnoxious and sounds more like a 6 year old.
3) iggy sounds like a whiny kid
4) gazzy sounds like a pubescent teen
5) Fang (tho he's ma fave) sounds like...idk just weird. Sounds like the narrator was pretending to sound like a man but failing terribly.
And 6) The music. Two words.
JUST. NO.
Other than that I love the book.

I wish this was more about the original max but the new max is good in her own right. if you liked the lake house but want more this is worth your time

I've been reading the Maximum Ride series for years now and I love this narrator. The characters sound appropriately serious when they need to but can still be humorous. There are 14 years or younger after all!

I have read all the books. And I love love the story. No problems with that. But they was it was recorded and the person reading was not the best choice. From the begging the chapters were messed up. Instead of saying Chapter Two when you pressed on Chapter Two, it said Chapter One. It became confusing. And the voice actor had this annoying voice for one of the characters which took away from the character.

Awesome idea and wonderful performance. Some of the powers that they had were from other books I’ve heard of but others were new and genuine. Overall,Amazing performance and story 10 out of 10!😄

This series has always been a huge favorite of mine. I'm listening to the audiobooks for the first time to experience the series again. I'm often weary of audiobooks because it's alway hit or miss with the narrator and this one did great. It was very easy to follow along and I wasn't having to rewind constantly.
