Decent handbook for a summary on Agile

A basic summary on the benefits of Agile and Lean. The book touches on each of the concepts but does not go into great detail. If you’re looking for a general overview, this is a great option.

Excellent!!

Concise and right to the point! Now I have better understanding of how these various methods work, It's very helpful how the writer compares all methodologies presented in the book. As a QA Tester I'd found valuable information in this audio on how to think out the box and always continuing learning. I really recommend this to all people involved in a project!!

Brilliant summary of Agile and Lean

Aditi has a way to explain complex concepts in a simple to understand and practical manner. There are so many books about the topics. To really understand it, you need to study it. But yjis book makes it so easy and quick to learn the concepts and see how it can work with Agile organizations.
Brilliant book. I have already recommended it to the new members of my team who doesn't grasp the concepts yet.
