Better health from the inside out
Although this book is titled: ‘Beginner’s guide to gut health’ it is SO MUCH more. Christina Kiser enlightens listeners to a host of leading-edge and up to date knowledge on how taking care of our digestive system can have a ton of amazing effects, such as gaining faster cognition (better mental clarity and less brain fog), reducing inflammation (which is something I recently learned that was a HUGE revelation), developing an up to date understanding of pre and probiotics, recognizing when your system is healthy and when it’s not (thank you for this!), and a ton more. This is an excellent audio choice for anyone looking to bring about better health from the inside out, because, is there really any other way?
