Publisher's summary

Branch Bronson is the richest country music star in history. When his manager betrays him, he needs to get away for a while and goes somewhere he is sure no one will recognize him - rural Maine. Trouble is, he didn't check the weather report first.

Daisy Adams is a starving poet embarrassed to be living with her parents. When she picks up a hitchhiker in the blizzard, she has no idea who climbs into her car. It's a good thing, because she hates country music.

The blizzard turns into an ice storm, trapping the two artists together in Daisy's parents' small house. Just when Daisy admits she has feelings for the handsome stranger, she learns he might not be who she thinks he is.

This is a stand-alone sweet romance, appropriate for any age.

A billionaire and blizzard...

Imagine just trying to escape from a chaotic life for a while to just think. That’s what country music singer Branch was trying to so when he gets stranded in a blizzard in Maine. His savior is self proclaimed country music hater, Daisy. Daisy is an aspiring poet and is hoping that her bf will pass on her book of poems to a publisher...and she still lives with her parents. The family puts up Branch for the duration of the storm...except they, well at least Daisy, believes that he’s a shoe salesman from Oklahoma. Branch enjoys his respite with the family being just an ordinary guy...until his secret is spilled. Will Branch and Daisy get their HEA? Cute story with a rambunctious dog named Reba and a rescued kitten, appropriately named Blizzard.

A sweet and touching romance.........

The Billionaire's Blizzard is the third in this series, but each novel is a complete standalone. As advertised, this book is clean and wholesome and readers of any age would enjoy it. The Billionaire's Blizzard features Branch, a world famous country music singer, and Daisy, a poet living in her parents basement as she waits to get her works published. Although these two couldn't be more different, they are exactly what the other needs. Over the course of several days stuck together with her parents in an ice storm, the couple get to know each other. They have both been hurt recently by their love interests, but the author makes it clear that the feelings Daisy and Branch develop for each other are true and not the result of rebounding. There are many comic relief moments from the pets and Daisy's parents, and, of course, a little angst thrown in at the end. The epilogue lets the reader know that these two are going to be great together.

Tricia Santos-Lujan does a good job with the narration. She differentiates well between characters, and she handled both Daisy's light, youthful voice and Branch's Texas drawl with equal skill. Overall, between the narration and prose, this is a very enjoyable listening experience.

Such a delightful tale!

She saved a stranger, her family took him in. He was incognito and originally didn't believe it would be longer than the first night.
Mother Nature had other plans.
However, not all went well, and the original lie causes strife.
He did the only thing he knew to make better.

Enjoyable but lacking

I enjoyed the characters of Branch, Clare and Ducky, I felt like Daisy and her sister lacked a little development. Daisy seems a little naive while also claiming to be a woman's right kind of person. This was a sweet, clean story and it had some fun spots. I enjoyed this book but not as much as the others in the series.

How to be a total brat and have someone still like you.

Daisy is an absolute brat. She is very vain and thinks because he’s a country western singer that he’s ignorant. Very hard to listen to because the main character and her sister try to outdo each other in obnoxious behavior.
