Economics for Real Estate Investors

No issues with the book. It provides some solid concepts for analysing deals and taxation. If you've ever had an economics class then you can probably get by without it. I started fastforwarding through the book.

I will read it more than twice, that’s sure

Nothing is comprehensive, nothing is 100% bulletproof, as the book stated there is not a perfect formula, the best strategy, there is not a perfect indicator in the stock market to predict trends, it’s impossible to buy always at the lowest price and sell at the highest, therefore this is not the best book among all because there is not such a thing out there, but, all that being said, this book take you from being an aficionado to an above average ready to take action individual if investing in real estate is the path you decided to pursue.

Great Book for a logical calculated person.

I REALLY ENJOYED THIS BOOK. After listening to it, i decided to buy the physical copy so that i can take notes in it. Great for someone that is extremely logical and wants to take real estate from an objective perspective. Highly Recommend, but might need a physical copy later.

Best Investing Analysis book ever!

I’ve been given so many spreadsheets for analysis but this book breaks it down and explains in depth why and how to use them when analyzing possible deals as well as portfolio assets. It is written in simple understandable language. Every investor needs this book!
