Crazy crimes, crazy leniency. It is all noted here

The author has done a large amount of research, finding out who did what and who was able to plea bargain and not really be punished. It is an interesting way to find out about what is going on in this region of Maryland and what is probably, similarly, going on in the rest of the country/world. These type of crimes are committed everywhere and unfortunately, there has not been a law system figured out that stops crazy criminals. Another well edited and researched volume by Mr. Rossignol.
