I found this book easy to listen to, enjoyable, motivating and inspiring.
It focuses on the fundamentals, like the importance of exercise, sleep, nutrition, staying off social media, living in the present.
It also has information about Tyson’s training camps and his training methods and routines.
The information is simple and easy to understand, and the narrator has a nice voice.
I would recommend this book.
