Review of the book, or relook at yourself??
when the book began, I thought oh no. a book I'm not going to like. it had a lot of statistics and quotes. I'm not that kind of guy. but as the book continues, I enjoyed it and related to it more and more. I'm a 6 time marathon runner. each time we do a long distance run we practice a lot of these principles. it makes you realize that you practice these in your everyday life. it's who you are.... overall, a great book.

Very thoughtful (and physical) book.

LOVED IT
I found a ton of inspiration in this book and it reinforces why I'm pushing to do what I do. This was a great reminder to stay in the arena and continue to kick ass despite the challenges; to embrace the sick and find joy in the accomplishments. I want to be who God created me to be, and will embrace the Spartan principles in order to do it. I loved this book! I'm pushing to complete my trifecta in December, and know it will be epic, and appreciate the kick in the butt reminder to keep striving!
