About this listen

Trident Nottingham III had an idea that would change the world forever: a shipbrain designed to make interstellar flight less restrictive and reduce the amount of time one spent attempting to meet regulations. What he didn't expect was that the shipbrain would develop a mind of its own.

I disliked the entire short story. The death of the creater was just took improbable.

Not Worth the Time I wasted listening.

A super quick short novella. The creation of a high tech product that may or may not be what the consumer really wants...

My interest was definitely captured, and I’ll definitely be looking to see what else is available from the authors and narrator.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

This one tells the origins of the ship-brain Electra 579er. It should be listened to first, I think. The narration is "okay" but the story is fine. Worth listening to if you've listened to the others. If not, you should at least listen to Sparkle Ship Shine.

Cool intro story

What a ridiculous character name: Trident Nottingham the Third... but it fits him so well. This story about a drug addict son of a dead businessman who goes on to invent the most intelligent technology ever is really good. I read the "books" sort of out of order, but it's okay. they all pretty much stand alone.

The ordering of these stories is hard to follow, but this is #1. It's a fun story about how Electra was created. Worth the short listen.

First of the series...

💥💥💥💥💥 Five bangs.

Numbering seems off. I think this should be the first story in this little series. It's the origin of it all.

4/5

The book says it's #4 in the series, but it's really the first. It's an interesting story for sure. This is not in my usual reading list, so I thought I would pick it up - and glad I did. Even though it is a short read, it was well worth it.I was captured by the story and I will be interested to read the other books in the tri-star system series.

Space story you should give a chance!
