Excellent

I love this boxset, I couldn't stop listening! Very well written, and the narration was amazing. I really enjoy Tia Rider Sorensen as a narrator. The books by this author never let's me down.

Books were out of order

I enjoyed the stories a lot. Loved the twists and turns . You could almost picture what was happening while listening. Kept me company on my walks and long rides.
I do wish the books were in order though. Mallory came and went and in the end we understood why? Confusing.

supernatural, great story

Books need editing, production values uneven, Narrator of "2nd" book - awful, main narrator very good.

suspenseful and gripping

This is a fantastic set of interesting paranormal mysteries. I didn't like the use of children as pawns and victims in the stories and it left me with a bitter taste. The victims were too innocent for this type of horror. I would have liked to know the killers reasons for this destruction. It gives little background but not much substantiation. The set would have been much better if the author had cared enough to put the books in correct chronologic order and helped with story progression , but I assume that means nothing to this author. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrators did a good job bringing it to life.

Read book 2 first!

Loved the books and hope there will be more.

However, they should really change the order the books are read.

The book begins towards the end of the story. After listening to the second story, you’re left wanting to see what happens next and then you’re taken to the very beginning of Rachel’s story. What a let down.

The last four stories lead up to the first two. They’re all good, just read them in order.

Great

THE HIGHLAND
Rachel and Jensen partner up to catch a killer. Rachel, meanwhile seeing the orphaned spirits, guiding them home. Her adopted child Mallory, has this gift also. His child Clove playing with Mallory in the lake when screams came from her. The water had pulled Mallory down, and now Rachel. With Jensen help, only what she saw down under would haunt her. A man she sketched was down there, pillowcase over him, and having been murdered. They decide to go back at night, resulting in Rachel getting caught underneath the water. Unusual case, attempts are made on her, and her child suffers by seeing him also. The results of finding who killed him was interesting, and wanting to read more of Rachel and Jensen.
great selection, great characters in all three

Out of order

I loved the stories, but the books were in a hap hazard order. Tia Rider Sorenson is a great narrator, but the other goes too fast and doesn’t do well with male voices. Also most of the books are on the other box set: The haunting of Rachel Harroway. Which is also completely out of order.
