The perfect Christmas Story
If you are like me you have heard all kinds of Christmas Stories from biblical to Frosty the Snow Man but this one is quite different and I have turned Christmas off since I have no family and as truck driver you always work. This story was a modern Christmas Story and the best way to describe is "what if you found a stranger in your yard on Christmas Eve?" I want go any further alone on my review I give to much away I will say it would good to listen to for both children and families on Christmas Day.

Beautiful Story & Narration
An angel, drops a snowflake on a shoulder of a young girl.
Boy knew there was a special gift coming from the angel, and from the father’s workplace. A box, heavy, a ball, this is my most precious thing I have made. Curious he looks at father, and the angel, the gift of the world. Beautiful story, and narration. Given audio for my voluntary review and my honest opinion.

Unexpectedly Sweet
Here’s an unexpectedly sweet short story about the meaning of Christmas. A family muddling along at the breaking point after losing a child, unexpectedly encounters a homeless man who changes their lives. This isn’t a subtle tale, but it is very touching as the homeless man helps each of them come to grips with their loss and rebuild their lives. It’s perfect for the Christmas season.

Artistic license in a story about Jesus
Warning contains spoilers!!!!
The story tells what would happen if Jesus comes to visit a dysfunctional family on Christmas. The author took a lot of artistic license in the character of Jesus.
Things I liked: the idea of how Jesus would interact with people and the overall writing style.
The biggest things I didn’t like was the actual interaction the Jesus character with the people, for example the husband is cheating on the wife, instead of telling him the marriage bed is meant to be honored or saying it is a sin to commit adultery he is seems to brush it aside. The author could have also said “go but sin no more” to link it to the story of the woman caught in adultery.
Also the theology is way off in regards to judgment day. If those two things don’t bother you then it’s a good story.
