About this listen

Someone once told me that there's a fine line between love and hate.

They forgot to mention how that line, once broken, can never be mended.

Skylar Ames. My stepsister. The very embodiment of all I've ever desired. She'll forever hold my heart in her hands.

I played my part and pushed her away, preferring to sacrifice my dreams for hers.

But now she's back, and that girl who'd ruined my soul… She's now a woman set to finish the job and take it for good. And I just might let her…

Because of the girl I once loved, I'd never be able to love again.

The conclusion to the Love & Hate Duet.

Amazing Story of True Love

Loved both books; wish there was a third book to continue the story. More of their story.

Perfect ending

This was the perfect ending to the duet. You are mad, sad you laugh you cry and just get to enjoy and follow along with all the forevers.

The Perfect Conclusion!

Again, amazing narrators! Two of my favorites, actually. Although I wished it was duel narration instead of duet, it still worked.

This book starts 7 years after Skylar left. It has a different tone than the first book, rightfully so.

You see how Noah’s decision (at the end of the first book) affected Skylar throughout the 7 years that they were apart. They are both so incredibly broken at the start of this book.

This books gives you all of the feels. I never thought a spicy romance book would tug my heart strings so hard that I cried several times.

Daisy remains one of the best supporting character’s in the universe. I would love a story of the 10 years that Daisy and Dereck spent together before they got married. Daisy is a force of nature.

This contains one of the best epilogue’s. It was perfect. Almost as perfect as Skylar’s last line before the epilogue that sums up this story perfect.

Skylar ends by saying, “I once knew a boy whose stormy eyes stole my very breath away just by looking directly into mine. Because of the boy I once hated, I’d never be the same girl again.” 💗

Well worth the Happily Ever After

Skylar did a lot of growing up in this book. She learned that letting go of hatred and bitterness was the only way to love and happiness. Noah is the poster child of patience!
