Sara Shepard can be really hit-or-miss, but this series is definitely a 'hit'. I'm a fan of Pretty Little Liars in a guilty pleasure sort of way and these books gave me that same feeling, like being a teenager again.

This book is the second (and final) in a series, The Perfectionists being the first book. You have to read them back-to-back to get the full story! This one goes more in-depth about the characters and has a satisfying conclusion. I enjoyed this series all the way through, laughing at points the author didn't really intend to be funny, but that's why I love them so much. ;)

Just a warning to big fans of the Perfectionists TV show looking to read the source material, prepare for a bit of a shock. It's not actually tied to PLL in any way, and they made lots of changes in the show, so it will definitely be quite a bit different from what you expect! IMO I like the books a lot better though, so you shouldn't be disappointed.

I enjoyed this book. It was very suspenseful and kept me wondering who was doing the murdering until I started putting it together in the end. I loved the twist and hope there could be another book to explore the characters even more.

Being a fan of the authors previous work and the adaptation that was made into a TV series, these collections of books are amazing. Very well written and thought out. Some twist and turns come out of no where which lead to some intriguing surprises. A must read.

The ending! Very unexpected.

What does Cassandra Morris bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Cassandra Morris is an excellent narrator. I only wish she would or the production company would allow her to narrate the rest of the PLL books.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The only time I felt truly sad was during the Julie chapters. She has a very sad depressing home life. But makes a great believable story within The Good Girls.
