A must-read for any goal driven person!

Would you consider the audio edition of The Habit Factor to be better than the print version?

I didn't read the print version, but I loved the audio book. The narrator does a great job of bringing the authors voice to life and making the book engaging from start to finish.

What other book might you compare The Habit Factor to and why?

The One Thing is another book I have recently read that is similar to The Habit Factor in clearly outlining basic principles of successful individuals and providing practical action steps for making positive changes in your life. Both books address personal, spiritual, family, and business goals.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

The most salience idea in this book is that reaching any goal is a matter of creating and maintaining positive habits that will help you get to the desired outcome. Martin Grunberg makes an excellent point that it's not enough to keep a To Do list when you want to make something big happen in.your life; you have to establish the behaviors that will encourage you to keep chipping away at your goals and never give up. He explains this in his habit tracking approach that helps you reinforce the behaviors that will bring about your ultimate success.
