Trauma therapist approved

I’m a trauma therapist and I absolutely love this book. I’m impressed by the amount of research that was included to explain why we do what we do and the activities to help guide us to improve all aspects of our lives. I will definitely recommend this book to all of my clients.

this is an amazing book. I am extremely greatful

this is an amazing book. I am extremely greatful that I did not let sone of the negative reviews deter me. i read at least a book a month on similar topics and this one ranks up there. love all the science that is provided. I have adopted some of these practices already and am currently experiencing the benefits

language is a little hard to understand yet The point comes across in numerous ways. Large amounts of information to input into your daily life that works extremely well author has his nose on the pulse..

Amazing

This book has changed my perspective tremendously and I have already started implementing the cold shower routine, telling myself to f|£* my feelings when they try to stop me and look forward to integrating more of these suggestions into my everyday life.

Nothing but a good feeling.

I really like this series. I struggle with mental illness and everything you can't get out of a psychiatry or councilor's appointment is in these books. Breaking down the science of motivation.

One of the top 3 most motivating books I’ve come across

It got a bit too science-y in a couple mid chapters, however it beats Greene, Atomic Habits and nearly all others in actionable motivating writing and delivery. Narration is better than 95% of anything I’ve heard. If you want to get things done, get this book (and The Now Habit).
