About this listen

Brad and Camille, happily married and successful stockbrokers, fell in love with Cardon house, a beautiful Victorian mansion, the moment they saw it. They dream of restoring the mansion to its glory days. But their love of the house is short-lived when the rusty pipes start spewing out a substance other than water.

When Camille experiences an evil presence in their front yard near one tree and also witnesses a grotesque silhouette at night by the same tree, things soon turn from blissful to hellish. Horrifying apparitions appear, noises not of this world constantly surround them, and Brad and Camille feel a presence pushing them apart.

While both fear they are losing their minds, and each other, an evil presence takes matters into its own hands, going after Camille with a force so evil, it almost costs her her life after Camille discovers the terrifying secrets of the house's past.

Can they escape the deadly house before it takes them both down or will evil override and cost both Brad and Camille the great life they had built up for themselves?

A haunted house story that is under developed by the author. this narrator was a bad choice for this story. The narrator, while being talented, delivered a sing song voice to what should have been a scary story.

Silly haunting

I often wonder what is the criteria that a narrarator is chosen. Did the people who hired this particular narrator, listen to his reading and really believe he was qualified to read an entire novel and keep the listener interested? It sounded like a promising story, but the narration was so bad, that I couldn't finish. He read like he just learned how to read. And as if there were no commas, or other abbreviations in the sentences. He paused at all the wrong places, and it sounded like someone reading who had very little practice in reading. Wow, couldn't finish it, very bad experience.

Story completely ruined by TERRIBLE narration!
