About this listen

The Human Mind Owner's Manual is the latest in Sean Webb's award-winning Mind Hacking Happiness series, and talks about the science of consciousness and what individuals can do with their minds when they dive into the abilities enabled by nonlocal consciousness. Sean brings his no-nonsense style, interesting stories, and warm humor to this audiobook about the latest science connected with our nonlocal consciousness and our greater existence beyond our bodies. His work has gathered endorsements from neuroscientists, psychologists, and numerous U.S. Navy SEALs who have been exposed to his mind mastery training. He is considered an Enlightened master by some and a complete idiot by others. Regardless, everyone agrees he brings new and interesting perspectives to this discussion of just how powerful our minds can be. This is an unofficial Volume 3 of his Mind Hacking Happiness series.

Exploring the Edges of Reality

Sean Webb’s Human Mind Owner’s Manual is a profound journey that challenges everything you thought you knew. Webb dismantles conventional wisdom, leading you into a world where consciousness, AI, emotions, and alien intelligence intertwine in ways you’ve never imagined. This book is more than an exploration—it’s an awakening that compels you to rethink reality and connect deeply with your true self in a world far stranger and more wonderful than you ever realized.

An inside and Insightful Opportunity - What is there to Lose

I will share that I have read Sean’s MHH Volume I amd II twice and learned a lot. I have had to work on regulating my internal controls more than I imagined. The Expectation, Preference, and Perception equation is accurate and the area I focus the most on mastering.

Do not pass this or Sean Webb’s other books up. Treat yourself to, well, yourself.

The connection to psychology

This book deeply reminded me of the fundamentals of psychology that I practice in my clinic — with a twist. It emphasized what I knew with a fundamental twist of “this is truth.” I deeply enjoyed this book. It is making me think differently about all that I already know (or have the capacity to know).

Another winner!

I have read all of Sean's other books and while each is valuable on their own, this book could easily be an intro to Sean's teachings for those not ready to embrace the "Woo woo". Sean, in this book, presents factual data and case studies to help the reader to recognize that there is "something" greater than ourselves and for those who don't even want to go ~that~ deep, he clearly explains how to better understand and get a handle on your own emotions, while understanding what makes us all tick.

Once you finish this book, if you haven't already, go grab his first two books to dive even deeper into these teachings.

Sean does a great job narrating the book in a very conversational way that isn't "over acted"; it feels like a conversation with a buddy over a beer. He is humble in his delivery and clear about where he is sharing opinion vs fact and case study.

Very enjoyable audiobook and I will be buying the paperback as well to mark up and use as a reference.
