Publisher's summary

Prather, whose five million-selling Notes to Myself helped invent self-help, does it again with a completely revolutionary program based on the principal of "letting go." In The Little Book of Letting Go, Prather offers a simple, three-step process for shedding our prejudices, preconceptions, and pre-judgments, and facing each moment with freshness and excitement. In this accessible, friendly book he explains why it is essential that readers learn to let go. He then takes readers on a 30-day plan of cleansing the mind, releasing the spirit and lifting the soul in chapters that include: Letting Go of Mental Pollutants, Letting Go of Emotional Fixation, Letting Go of Misery, Letting Go of Prediction and Control, Letting Go of Conflict Addiction, among others.

AWESOME!!! Needed this so much! This will help you

This was amazing. I learned so much about letting go that I am confident in myself and above all God's power to catch me when I do let go!!!!!

This is wonderful

I plan to buy the paper copy too because there are things I would like to do that I think would be easier with the paperback. I really enjoyed listening to this and plan to listen again. I bought three copies of the book so I can gift it.

Just what I needed

Although I haven't put many of the release practices into action yet I already have caught glimpses of peace and have recognized that I have felt it before if only briefly. I'd like to thank the authors for their insights and their willingness to share with both myself and the collective.

Buy Something Else

Filled with the usual vague commentary given by ministers who write without publicizing they are Christians and then fill their books with scripture. So annoying.

I wish it didn't use religion as a solution.

Pretty good to make you see and understand. But the pray/God thing ruined the book for me.
