Really hard to listen to but a great book
It took me about six months to finish this book. Why? The author has vocal fry. It's like listening to a Kardashian show. Not every author can narrate their books and that is ok.
If that is an issue for you, read it instead. I switches to the book about halfway through it. Other than that, the content and exercises are excellent.

Shadow Work is Deep Work
This book transformed me! These ideas are not for the meek. If you have been on a healing journey for some time and recognize that this stuff can be hard, you might be ready for this. If you are just starting out, this might also be good for you. If you want transformation without hard work, this isn't the book for you. There probably isn't a book for you. This one doesn't let you skim through it without being affected. Enjoy!
