Not only does it explain connections between spirit and body, it also helps you exercise and control your thinking pattern.
If you tend to have negative thoughts and have not learned to meditate, this book guides you and helps you learn.

I had the hard copy but found the audio perfect to us while driving or at my desk working. When I play it first thing in the morning it empowers my day. If I play it just before bed I my higher mind juice to use while I sleep.

I’ve read lots and lots of “self-help” books over the years but this one was mindblowingly amazing. I will never have to read another. You do have to do the work as the exercises are laid out in the text but I found them to be just what I needed. I’ve seen amazing results in my quality of life. My life has been changed forever in ways I could not have imagined before. This is a must read
