This is a great book. I really enjoyed the characters and the environment of the story. A curse that no one knew was deeper than it was. They only thought there was two family curse but there was three families against a witch. Time repeats itself until the love of the two enemies fight to stop the curse.

This audio is just under 4.5 hrs, I finished faster than that as I listened to this at 1.4x

I’ve never read or listened to anything by M.J. Padgett so this was a new author for me. I liked the idea of this story the FMC Charlotte has lived a lucky, charmed life or thats what we’re told as when the story starts she is in the middle of a nightmare. MMC Colin is a man who just wants to live his life, but now he’s out for revenge on Charlotte, Colin has been cursed to carry Charlotte’s sins.

I liked the idea of this story but I feel like we are thrust into the middle of the story and aren’t given the full picture of things well enough. I spent much of this story a bit confused about how fast paced everything is.

The Narrator Kristen Saburn did a wonderful job with her narration. I enjoyed her voices she used for the characters, though it was quite slow even for me, so I did have to speed it up.

I give this book 2 stars it was a good idea but not executed well.
I give the narrator 5 stars, she did a fantastic job.

Fate-crossed lovers go from enemies to lovers to enemies to lovers as they uncover clues to what caused them to be cursed and why. I liked how I never knew how Charlotte and Colin were going to react to one another. There were plenty of twists, and feels. I liked the resolution at the end.
Kristen Saburn gave life to the characters and story.

I really enjoyed this book. Charlotte agreed to marry Colin and devastation followed. The story was dark and creative. The characters were complex and unique. The plot was convoluted and complicated. Kristen Saburn's narration was great, and her performance enhanced the story's entertainment. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

The story was interesting but kind of drug out. The narrator was ok. Her voice is a little flat. Nothing to keep anyone from listening to this paranormal romance with a little time traveling thrown in!

Story concept is interesting. Going about life, falling for someone, only to trigger a curse that would tear you apart. The curse is every other generation. Characters are likable. Some areas of action, but overall slow paced. I expect this story is better in written version than as an audio. Narrators did well with the voices.
