About this listen

The mystery surrounding her disappearance is legendary in Wolfe Creek. But she's far from gone ...

Aimee Styles vanished in the tiny mountain town of Wolfe Creek two years ago. She's supposed to be dead. The only problem is, she's not. What the locals don't know is that she lurks there as a werewolf to this day - a symbol of strength and tragedy, but mostly a protector to those who need her most.

When Doctor Jake Blackstock is called in to treat a sick woman, he has no idea the beauty he's nursing back to health is Aimee. By the time he realizes what he's gotten himself into, it's too late - he's already falling in love. But Jake doesn't trust easily. A native son of mysterious Wolfe Creek, he's always been able to recognize danger in its most natural form. And he knows whatever Aimee's hiding might just be the end of them both.

This series ended on a good note with this book. It was my favorite in the series. This one focused on Aimee and Jake. I liked these characters and story a lot more. Nice ending battle between good and evil.

This was the excellent last book I knew this book series would end on. Kaylie Newell is a fine story writer, in particular very skilled in developing her characters. They all seem like they’re people we know. Her narrator is very soothing to listen to as well so your ears hear the story and characters but not a distracting voice anomaly. So nice!

🌓GEEESHHHHH & ZOWIEEEEE!!!! This was my fave out of all 3 books! Let me tell you... ALL 3 were FAB, but I had a unique connection to the cool n sexy Amy in this 3rd phenomenal edition!! Most books I prefer to SAVOR...not this one - I was FEASTING on every word and COULD NOT put it down! Eek!!!! and just INCREDIBLE Newell fans!!! !!! It was hard coming down for this magnificent HIGH after taking in all 3 books friends- very sad there aren't more to the Wolfe Creek series....Heck ....🌟call Hollywood and make these into MOVIES Pronto! What a spellbinding trilogy it would be! AHHH!⭐️ I have the cast all lined up for ya Kaylie.....how bout the stunningly gorg Nicola Platz as Amy (sign!) ...and for GOD sakes... snag Scott Eastwood to play JAKE or you'll regret it forever!! All of Kaylie's books are OFF DA CHARTS!!!! The Wolfe creek series is hauntingly sexy, eerie, pins n needles- terrifying, don't open the door ominous, HOT, hungering inviting AMOR! WOWZA!!!! Erica is a SEDUCTIVE narrator - she has theee best radio style voice and is genuinely gifted! Her tone is soothing, sexy, tantalizing and tempting all rolled into one Fab Narrator... KUDOS!!!🔥 I adored this book start to finish - the last 1/4 was sooo daunting and spine chilling I had to turn the damn lights on! LOL! (No way was I walkin the dog that night!) LOL! 🍇 My only wish was... to stretch out the tension, anticipation and romance in the very end with our lovely couple, so there could have been a 4th book - heck I NEED a 5th and 6th edition Kaylie! ☔️Spoiler alert - please dont read the last portion of my review if you havent finished this book yet. The Heids re-write... I would have preferred to see Amy leave town and reject lover boy - keeping the sexual tension goin strong...leading into the 4th book....(lol) in which I would reunite our sexy couple, host more thrilling shenanigans and let the sparks fly folks! VUNDABAR!!!!! Gracias por todo! I loved all 3 books - fantastic job Kaylie and Erica! Hopefully I'll be able to go camping again this summer! LMAO! ⭐️

This series is good. I like how it all tied together, wasn’t too cheesy, no gratuitous sex scenes. It was good. I liked all three
