This book and its contents is full of so much insight, value and wisdom. My hope is that all readers and Lesnar is truly take the time to absorb and digest the content of this book. When I read it over a year ago, it literally changed my life. Re-listening to the audio version has been a huge blessing (thank you for coming out with an audio version) and I’m truly grateful. David Blanchard (author), and others, are a phenomenal resource for coaching and offer so much value in the world and their arena.

Overall it was a good book. This book is read by the author who has a pleasant voice to listen to. I didn't realize this book is the author applying Og Mandino's philosophy to his life. LOTS of quotes from other people especially Og Mandino - to the point of being distracting. I did get several gold nuggets to apply to my life, therefore it was worth the purchase/time.
