Dr. Greg Charlop has provided so many out-of-the-box ideas and actionable steps for each of those ideas that doctors and nurses can take today to avoid burnout and spend more time with family. I deeply appreciated the validation he provided to start. He genuinely seems to care and even sincerely offers himself as someone experienced that you can contact and get more support from.
