I feel so optimistic!
Dr. Greg Charlop has provided so many out-of-the-box ideas and actionable steps for each of those ideas that doctors and nurses can take today to avoid burnout and spend more time with family. I deeply appreciated the validation he provided to start. He genuinely seems to care and even sincerely offers himself as someone experienced that you can contact and get more support from. I really appreciated listening to this book (in his own voice) while I was driving using Apple CarPlay. I came out of this audiobook feeling so hopeful and ready to take control of work-life balance moving forward!
