Sahih Al Bukhari is a collection of sayings and deeds of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), also known as the sunnah. The reports of the Prophet's sayings and deeds are called ahadith. Bukhari lived a couple of centuries after the Prophet's death and worked extremely hard to collect his ahadith. Each report in his collection was checked for compatibility with the Qur'an, and the veracity of the chain of reporters had to be painstakingly established.

Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him, are severe against the disbelievers, and merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and falling down prostrate (in prayer), seeking bounty from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. The mark of them (i.e. of their Faith) is on their faces (fore heads) from the traces of prostration (during prayers). This is their description in the Taurah (Torah).

The Qur'an, believed by Muslims to be the word of God, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad 1,400 years ago. It is the supreme authority in Islam and the living source of all Islamic teaching; it is a sacred text and a book of guidance that sets out the creed, rituals, ethics, and laws of the Islamic religion. It has been one of the most influential books in the history of literature. Recognized as the greatest literary masterpiece in Arabic, it has nevertheless remained difficult to understand in its English translations.

Story
The Quran, a book that brings glad tidings to mankind along with divine admonition, stresses the importance of man’s discovery of truth on both spiritual and intellectual planes. Every book has its objective, and the objective of the Quran is to make man aware of the creation plan of God. That is, to tell man why God created this world; what the purpose is of settling man on earth; what is required from man in his pre-death life span; and what he is going to confront after death.

The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

As this book was coming to an end I was almost in tears because I did not want it to end. I will definitely be listening to it again before Ramadan starts. This book was beautifully written and narrated by Aliyah Umm Rayaan. I loved the stories in the book and new ways of approaching Dua. I felt inspired to speak with my Lord about everything from the tiny to the large. Nothing is impossible for my Lord was the ultimate take away. Excellent read. Must read to upgrade your relationship w/ Allah
Such a powerful book about not only how to make duaa, but how to use duaa to truly build a relationship with the One who created you and loves you more than anyone. It shows you how to approach Allah as an intimate friend who is with you through all the highs and lows of life. Makes you forget the word impossible knowing that Allah is has both the power to make your dreams a reality and the mercy to do it just to make your heart happy. How generous is Allah! The author’s voice is as beautiful as her words, Allahuma barek — I usually prefer paperback versions but I highly recommend the audiobook!
