About this listen

I've seen him on the news. Followed the stories about what happened in Ohio. John Smith, out there, on the run. To the world, he's a mystery. But to me . . . he's one of us.

Nine of us came here, but sometimes I wonder if time has changed us - if we all still believe in our mission. How can I know? There are six of us left. We're hiding, blending in, avoiding contact with one another...but our Legacies are developing, and soon we'll be equipped to fight. Is John Number Four, and is his appearance the sign I've been waiting for? And what about Number Five and Six? Could one of them be the raven-haired girl with the stormy eyes from my dreams? The girl with powers that are beyond anything I could ever imagine? The girl who may be strong enough to bring the six of us together?

They caught Number One in Malaysia.
Number Two in England.
And Number Three in Kenya.
They tried to catch Number Four in Ohio - and failed.

I am Number Seven. One of six still alive.

And I'm ready to fight.

Also included is a sneak listen to the first chapter of the next book in the series. Enjoy!

Great addition to the series.

I have to be honest this one seemed to start out a little slow with a few funny and thrilling scenes to keep me interested but then it hit the climax and I can't get enough. Starting "The Rise of Nine" right away for more.

The Series Finally Gets Enjoyable

Story:
This book really gets the Lorien Legacies Series going. This is an awesome book, and I finally felt like the story was going somewhere. This book is about a couple of kids, some alien some human, who are on the run from law enforcement and other aliens. At the same time they are trying to find the remaining Lorien kids that were sent to earth. There is a lot of character development and dialogue along with great battle scenes.
Blood and Gore:
The aliens turn to dust when they are killed so there isn't much blood. There are a lot of intense battle scene, where many people are killed.
Swearing:
A couple swear words a chapter, very minimal.
Sex:
None.
Overall:
It was definitely worth trudging through the first book to get to this one. I look forward to reading the third one when it come out. Recommended for 12 and up.

Ok narrators

I don't like when they switch narrators cause it's just weird. Every time thy switch it sounds weird and they should start a new chapter every time there is a different perspective.

Better than I Am Number Four

Many sequels are not as good as the original, but this one is better. I enjoyed the first book and I loved this one. There is lots of action in this book and it never slows down. As with the first in the series it is Not SI-FY, only fantasy.
