About this listen

Best-selling author Theresa Cheung joins forces with cognitive neuroscientist Julia Mossbridge, PhD, Director of the Innovation Lab at The Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), to reveal revolutionary new research showing that sensing the future is possible. They also provide practical tools and techniques you can use to develop your own powers of precognition.

Precognition is the scientific name for the knowledge or perception of the future, obtained through extrasensory means. Often called "premonition", precognition is the most frequently reported of all extrasensory perception (ESP) experiences, occurring most often in dreams. It may also occur spontaneously in waking visions, auditory hallucinations, flashing thoughts entering the mind, the sense of "knowing", and physiological changes.

Combining science and practice, The Premonition Code examines precognition thoroughly, revealing the most common premonitions that people experience, experimental tools for cultivating precognition, and more.

Great listen. Going back to re listen to some chapters and take notes. They really break this premonition thing down. Plus I have already checked out the website. Another wealth of information. If you are curious, and/or want to learn the what, how of premonitions, this your book.

I love it. It’s my new study book.

If you’re looking for the subject, this is an excellent explanation of the subject. The negative reviews seem… suspect. Science is often addressed, sometimes overly so. This may not be for people who aren’t interested, but for anyone who is I can’t imagine a better primer.

Do not trust the negative reviews

I want my $15 back. this sensationalized book full of shameless plugs for sales downloads and investments to the authors' interests, highlights and glorifies worldly honour and financial gain. in the false pretense of showing the reader how to increase focus and and pure into the depths of the conscious self which has access to precognition, the book nearly creates a longing to be part of a group akin to little orphan Annie secret society

not what I thought.

I am super tolerant of narrators especially with non fiction. She was clear and deliberate but I could not listen long without feeling tortured. First few chapters the info was good.

The narration did me in

Full of contradictions and vague advice that isn't very helpful. It feels like the authors started with a good idea then just wanted to capitolize by branding.

Unhelpful and overly self promoting. If I hadn't waited over a year to listen to it after buying it I'd have exchanged it.
