looking forward to the next audiobook whenever it comes out. Only complaint is that the author never let's a good situation settle. A constant change from calm and peaceful to dangerous and terrible get annoying. But really it is a good story that is acted well.

Good Stuff

Like the first one in the series, I couldn’t put it down until the end. I even found it pulling me from sleep in the middle of the night, to see what was going to happen next. Now, I’m desperate for the next audiobook, and super-sad to see that it’s not out yet! 😭

Couldn’t put it down!

This book kept me holding my breath! I loved the non- stop action that left me wanting more! this is by far my favorite book of 2021 so far.

Book 2 has me just as hooked as book 1! I'm enjoying the characters' trials, growth, and personalities. Can't wait to find out how it ends!

I really love this book. but this book gave me crazy amounts of anxiety. Love it. it took me longer to read this one because I had to keep pausing it and taking a break from it. And in between I listen to another book because I was so wrapped up in prince Kevon and zea that every time I re hit play I jumped right back into that anxious moment. very good but anxiety driven.

anxiety, crazy but good

I enjoyed this book. My only complaint was how annoying the main character was in all the whining towards the end of the book. It's like she learns one lesson but then sinks back into self pity and disparity. The next book should be interesting.

Main character can be annouying towards the climax

The story kept going back to the beginning and the same thing kept happening over and over again. There needed to be more creativity in what happened to the main character. She kept getting into an issue, getting out of it then back in to it. And, the narration kept telling the reader the same story of what happened in the past. This book should have been 3hrs long instead.

The same thing kept happening over and over again

This one was even more exciting then the first book! I'm excited for number 3!

So good!

The book was good, but not one of my favorites. If I hear the word “nostrils” used in this series again for the millionth time, there will be a permanent cringe on my face. In the first book, it was “lips parted”.

Good, but *cringe*
