The Tidal Falls stories are about a band of former Navy Seals who find love and healing in small town Washington state. Each story has action, suspense , drama and of course, romance. The Rebel's Redemption is about Jared coming home after avoiding his family and friends for 8 years. He has mixed feelings about Tidal Falls. He had returned earlier to help his former Seal buddy who found trouble but also found his future wife in the small town. But he also felt like everyone knew his business. But the big shock was that his former best friend Annie has an 8-year-old boy who looks suspiciously like his son! There is another plot where a drug cartel is trafficking women and Jared has really made them mad. Not only are they out to get him, they also have one of his fellow-Seal's DEA partners captive and in danger. This makes for a complicated and tense plot. I loved the characters - they are well developed and you really feel for them. I was annoyed a bit by the narrator who puts a Texas accent on people from Washington and some of his female and children voice don't feel right. Overall though it is a tale full of adventure, action and love that will keep your attention to the satisfying conclusion.I volunteered to listen to and review an advanced copy. Thanks!
