An older alpha with a taste for bad decisions. A kinky omega who’s up for anything. An app that brings them together.
Ramiro Danner has been around the block more than once. He’s tired of playing around, but this alpha has a weakness for younger omegas who aren’t interested in anything more than a fling. Ram never expected that agreeing to be a guinea pig for a new dating app would be anything more than a disaster, but when he meets Erik, all of that changes.
He was looking for someone to teach him how to play rough, he never expected to lose his heart.
An omega who will try anything once, Erik Bailey is looking for new experiences with no strings attached. When Erik agrees to help test out a dating app, he has no idea that what began as a kinky adventure will turn his world upside down.
“Almega pairs hard to love alphas with their perfect omega match!”
Just as Ram starts to believe that the app had actually worked, Erik disappears. Can these lovers find their way back to each other without damaging everything they have, or will Erik’s stubborn streak cost him more than just his heart?
The Right Match is a kinky, contemporary May/December gay mpreg romance featuring a dominant alpha and an omega in need of a firm hand. Other than the words being spoken, the writing never really gave me the feeling that Ram and Erik were actually in love with each other, probably because the characters were too one dimensional. The story just fell a little flat and predictable for me.
The voices used fit the one dimensionality of the characters - Ram had this low, gruff voice most of the time, but sometimes it lightened up, while Erik had something that was trying to sound gay/valley girl-ish, but during conversations with other characters, just sounded like a put on. The rest of the narration from Randi Johnson was good, he has a nice soothing voice that I have heard used better on other audiobooks.
I've read better from the Bates Brothers, so I hope the series gets better.

Ramiro is tired of the gold diggers and users but he's still looking for true love. He sees the Almgea dating match as his last chance at something real. He may like kink but he's a true romantic with a soft heart.
Erik seems to spend the entire book running from his past and all the expectations others put on him. They are not his dreams or desires. Ramiro makes him feel safe and supported, until Ramiro confesses his feelings for Erik. Off he ran. I liked that in the time he spent away he figured out who he was, where home was and became a man willing to face his future. His apology to Ramiro was honest and sincere. I loved that Ramiro immediately let go of his anger and pain, embracing the love he had for Erik without barriers or conditions. HEA ending.. highly recommend.

I’m also really digging on the narration by Randi Johnson. He really does have the best “guy” voice for M/M romance. Between the stellar narration and storyline, this book impressed me more than I was expecting and will definitely go into my “TBLTA” pile (“to be listened to again,” which I hope is an actual acronym and not just something I made up).

I listened to the audible version of this novel which was narrated by Randi Johnson. He did a great job with voicing the different characters with the exception of Eric. I really disliked the voice he chose for Eric however I loved this voicing of Ram.
I enjoyed this short read and would recommend it to all lovers off mpreg MM romance.

Eric is new in town, a self-proclaimed wanderer, who makes it clear that he is not looking for a relationship. But, he is into a certain lifestyle, and Leo is certain he has the perfect Alpha for a match.
Ramiro has all but given up on finding an Omega of his own; at least one who wants him for more than his bank account. However, he's told Leo what he's looking for, down to the fact that a relationship is important, and Leo has finally come through.
The thing that really irritated me, and could have stopped all of the angst and drama, is that Leo never tells Ram that Eric is not interested in a relationship of any kind. However, if he had, there really wouldn't have been a book, so I guess that was intentionally left out; but, it's never even brought up again at the end of the story.
The two MCs get along splendidly, especially in the bedroom. Unfortunately, Ram keeps waking up alone. Eventually, Eric gets scared enough that he runs; but what he finds at the end of the road is not good, and makes him realize where he belongs.
Due to the circumstances, the reunion of the MCs is climatic, but overcome swiftly because Eric finally is honest with himself and Ramiro. So, of course, our MCs get their HEA.
I thought the narrator did a great job with the narration of the story. I thought that every character was well differentiated and the cadence was smooth. The one thing that bothered me was the voice he chose for Eric. He is supposed to sound like a Californian, even a surfer. I did not get that listening to Eric's character. Otherwise, I thought the narration was very good.
