About this listen

In The School of Obedience, originally published in 1899, Andrew Murray, prolific South African author, teacher, and pastor, studies obedience through Christianity and the Bible. Murray uses the Bible’s teachings, as well as the characters and scenarios of the Bible, to better understand the history, the inner workings, and the ethical and theological implications of obedience, in theory and in practice.

Great Book

Great book for Chriaistans who are serious about pleasing the Lord, i plan to read this again, but I am not sure if I will listen again here. The narrator did not seem to comprehend the content. Also, he read it way too fast (or the recording was accelerated), ideally this should be listened to at 0.7 or 0.8 speed. It is at minimum a 3 hour listen, not 2 hour.
