it seems as if the author was rushed to end the book. sloppy ending. sadly it was a good book. wish I had known as it was a disappointment.

If you are looking for something unlike the typical fairy tale, this is it! well written and narrated, with an ending that, to me, was quite fitting. I won't spoil it, but this is a DARK fairy tale, after all!

The premise was very interesting, but I felt like there was a lot of unnecessary filler that slowed the pace of the book. I was bored.

Very slow plot-wise

This book began slowly and it took a bit for me to become interested in the story. It also felt slow and repetitive. I don't know why the author felt it necessary to make the same point over and over again. My main issue with the book was that I could see where it was going and it felt anticlimactic. It was a good premise and it could have been a really good book. For me it was just o.k..
