Awesome audiobook

I finished listening the audiobook just over a week ago, before attending a family get-together and felt more comfortable conversing with people than I have for some time. This audiobook contains lots of helpful actionable tips to help overcome social anxiety.

Overall excellent guide audiobook

This is because someone usually sends signals before they can even talk to us verbally. The inability to listen people’s signals through their body language can make us be irrelevant when we approach people. they will often have no idea how to start a conversation, read body language, or identify social cues.

Great Audiobook!

A must-listened audiobook for those who struggle with social skills, I found this audiobook very useful, understandable, and with hands or verbal on.. good advice to general scenarios. It's so good, I couldn't put it down, which is an amazing accomplishment for a self-help audiobook.

Loved it!

I really enjoyed the way he describes his struggles, and it's quite gripping to see how he has pulled himself out of his situation. Great listening,I have just started this with my shy child and it seems to have very good ideas. I believe it Well helps. Good suggested activities. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful book

i worked through the entire book and gained much needed self confidence. The book helped pin point the reason for being shy and become bold enough to get out more and make some great friends. Would recommend to anyone struggling with social anxiety or shyness

Perfect For All..!

So far so good, haven't finished listing it yet and I'm just starting but it has my undivided attention. Highly recommend and the Author is very knowledgeable and informative.Social anxiety disorder (also known as social phobia) is one of the most common mental disorders we have.

Inspiring book.

If you label yourself shy, introvert, social anxious then this book is for you. It helped me understand myself and why I do things I do. If I would have listened to this book 20 years back my life would have been different. I now realize how much I can achieve if I get over the inner critic inside my head. Thanks.
