Great listen.
It’s practical, useful, and it simplifies what confidence really means as opposed to what most people perceive it to be; superficial and physical. it even helped me by and by with one territory. Because of utilizing this listen, I've beaten social tension, become progressively beneficial, and adapted beyond what I can clarify in this audit. Self Esteem booster
Finished the book last week. One week later I feel my self esteem has had a boost. In my opinion self esteem is the foundation and without if u cant possibly have confidence. Confidence is growing slowly but its my general self esteem which has improved the most.,

Feeling more confident
I dont want to be too personal so I am not going to explain my "issues" but at its core it was to do with shyness and general low self esteem. I wouldn't say this book was a miracle cure but it DID really set me on the right path and I am definitely a heck of a lot better than I used to be
