I enjoyed this audiobook. I've listened to a few audiobooks and I think I liked this one the most. It drives at the heart of what we're all looking for when we look through these self-improvement audiobooks: happiness. Highly recommended! The advice about panic attacks is very inaccurate, it suggests they only happen when something has happened to you. I feel this audiobook has helped me at all.

Such a wonderful audiobook. This audiobook step by step instruction overall very useful for my life. It gave me hope and understanding of myself and the reactions of others. I would recommend this audiobook to sufferers of depression and anyone whose loved one is a sufferer. Christian perspective here is wonderful to listen to and gives good information for believers. However, many of us still have a lot to learn when it comes to fully understanding it and also how to approach the subject if we feel someone we care about is depressed. If you don't understand the difference between the various types of illness, then this will help you to differentiate between them.I'm not depressed but bought this out of curiosity and applied many of these principles to my everyday life. Very informative audiobook on Depression and Anxiety and how to cope with it. Sometimes just because a person doesn't say I am depressed and I need help, it doesn't mean that they are fine and not depress. This audiobook explains what subtle signs to look for and how to help someone who doesn't want to be helped. It helps you understand the stages of depression and how depression can impact your body and mind.
