Great and Useful Book for Everybody!

This great book provides a large amount of research-based evidence regarding therapies and tools to improve individual's depression, anxiety, worries and other conditions and situations that cause stress and deterioration of physical and mental health. Dr. Lawlis provides case studies and practical exercises that apply to a great variety of situations and life styles that impede individuals to enjoy their lives at the fullest! Great advice for single and married people as well as parents. It's easy to follow and very interesting and engaging. You won't want to stop listening to it until the end. It's a great and useful book! Love it!

Something to think about

I did not like how most of the best solutions to the mental disorders you were not able to perform at home yet he spends a lot of time talking about them and how you most likely will not have access to them unless you see a professional. Does have some interesting information in it.

Where's the Answer?

A truly disappointing book. I kept listening and waiting for actual answers to be presented, and instead seemed to hear more anecdotes about people with different problems who make remarkable recoveries. The PDF download provided with the audio book has a series of overly-simplistic drawings that are supposed to illustrate various points throughout the book. Instead, they looked like cartoon drawings that provided very little clarification.

I suspect that this book would be much better in written form than audio form, but I can't recommend the audio version if you're really looking for The Answer.
