About this listen

Top-secret data has been stolen from the CIA, and the only man who knows its hiding place is dead. CIA operative Mitch Rapp must race to find the classified information in this blistering novel that picks up where The Last Man left off in Vince Flynn's New York Times best-selling series.

Joseph "Rick" Rickman, former boy wonder at the CIA, stole a massive amount of top-secret and hugely compromising intel concerning classified operations all over the world, offering it (and himself) to the Pakistani secret forces. Only his plans went awry when CIA director Irene Kennedy sent Mitch Rapp to hunt him down. It turns out that killing Rickman didn't solve anything - in fact the nightmare is only intensifying. Rickman stored the potentially devastating data (CIA assets, operatives, agents) somewhere only he knew, and somehow, from beyond the grave, he still poses a mortal threat to America.

Now it's a deadly race as both the Pakistanis and the Americans search for Rickman's accomplices and the information they are slowly leaking to the world. Will Rapp outrun and outthink his enemies, or will the Pakistanis find it first and hold America hostage to their dream of becoming the world's new nuclear superpower?

As always, George brought me my Mitch. I'm so happy that my love affair gets to live on. I still will always love Vince Flynn, but...great job..I would like to see more "bad assedness", though. Great book overall.

Well done!

The book fits seamlessly in the Vince Flynn - Mitch Rapp genre. Excellent entertainment and a political cartoon -like commentary on today's world.
Thanks to the reader for an engaging performance .

Great entertainment !

Kyle did a great job taking over for Vance I just wish he could've been around to see the finished product I think Mitch Rapp is in good hands.

A worthy Vince Flynn novel

I am pleased that Kyle Mills will continue the story line of Mitch Rapp. I'm sure it is difficult to finish another authors story, but I think Kyle Mills has nailed it.

Great story line, Vince Flynn will be missed.

This was a very good audio book. George Guidall the narrator was as alway superb.
However I could only give 4 well deserved stars.
"Spoiler Alert" (do not read on if you don't want to read about a specific problem.......)
The last scene had a character act completely out of character to make the scene work as the story moved forward....and I just said over and over in my head and actually out loud.....no no non that would just never happen that way. Lastly, Mills never tied up the lose ends of the Senator and the very last line in the book just did not ring true. It's very tough to fill Vince Flynn's shoes, but still think Mills might get better if he stays with it. There was a lot of good in his story and in Mitch Rapp's character development. I will certainly try another one.

Almost, but not Vince

Simply put, Mr. Mills does justice in taking up the mantle of Mitch Rapp. Vince Flynn would be proud. Keep up the good work!

Tribute to Vince Flynn

Thanks to Kyle Mills for picking up where Vince Flynn left off. I was worried about the authenticity of Mitch Rapp being lost but I was wonderfully surprised at how well it was written and picked up where The Last Man left off.

Rest In Peace, Mr Flynn. Mitch Rapp is great hands.

Thanks to Kyle Mills for picking up where

Thoroughly enjoyed this story! Kyle Mills did Mr. Flynn justice in his portrayal of the Mitch Rapp series continuation! George Guidall could read the phone book without boring me! As always he did an exquisite job! I look forward to the next book.

Another great Mitch Rapp tale
