A Soothing Escape with Deep Hypnosis
I’ve listened to each of the audiobooks in this deep hypnosis bundle before, but having them all together is even more powerful. Last night, I found myself awake with stress (still navigating life after leaving a toxic relationship), so I went downstairs and played the music and sounds from this bundle. It genuinely helped calm my nervous system and ease me into a relaxed state. Andrew Green’s voice is profoundly comforting, and the ambient music creates the perfect backdrop for deep relaxation.

My go-to wind down for better sleep
This book is a bonus, as it offers several sleep hypnosises in one. It’s a very soothing audible that I love to use at bedtime. It’s very effective for helping me wind down and sleep much better. The long length of it can provide for several nights, as I run it for about an hr or more each night. Give it a try!

So relaxing and effective
I abslutely love these books as they remind me how relaxed I am when I go get a massage. My husband had surgery recently and he has had a hard time getting comfortable at night and so I suggested that we listen to this book to help us both go to sleep. I noticed that he fell asleep faster and did not get up as often in the middle of the night. The best thing is when he woke up, he said he felt more refreshed like he actually went to sleep and got rest instead of being on edge with feeling his pain at the surface of his sleeping. These are the types of books you can just play every night and the sounds are different yet have the same effect of calming you so that you can be restful.
