Narrators voice just what I was looking for
I honestly haven't listened past the first 15 minutes it helps me relax and fall asleep so well. The first 15 minutes of the audiobook is great though. I chose this one from all the others because of the narrators voice and tone and I picked correctly.

Very Good!
I really liked this one. The narration is wonderful, which is very helpful in a sleep hypnosis audio book. I have a few of these in my library however this one is becoming my favorite, and I only downloaded it yesterday! I love all the angles covered in this to help relieve stress. Thank you for publishing this.

Hypnotic voice, not long enough
The reader has a soft, monotone voice that was very relaxing. The first night I listened to it, I didn’t think it was working, and the next thing I knew it was morning. The second night it relaxed me a lot, but I still can’t fall asleep. I was just getting to a point of clearing my thoughts when it ended. If it was longer, I’m sure I would have dozed off. This is a great listen for anyone trying to clear their thoughts at the end of the day and relax.

I Didn’t Believe the Other Reviews But…
I have been listening every night for a week and I have not had to get up and wander during the night. My days are better, too, of course.
My other meditation audios have me do the work….breathing and exhaling and imagining. I do not look forward to listening to them and fulfilling the expectations in them. This one, the narrator seems to be doing the work for me. She tells me I can go deep and let go and for some reason I do so I don’t remember lots else about it. It is very strange. I had little confidence it would work but it does and that’s why I am writing this review.

Perfect
Absolutely love the voice! I’ve listened 3 times so far and have slept great. It’s only 45 minutes but I have never heard it all. Works great and you’ll be sleeping before it’s done.

The cadence and leading sound of the voice resonates with me…
I listen to this guidance every night and it works like a charm for taking me into sleep state.
I wake up to go to the restroom during the night and I hit the button for play again and within 2 minutes it seems, I am gone back to deep sleep again…
I recommend this audio to anyone that wants deep sleep and restful relaxation…
