Very helpful!

In a world that is so fast-paced and so busy, we can sometimes feel overwhelmed and at the end of our ropes, which can often cause our reactions to be quick and not very well thought out. This book is very helpful as we try to parent when stresses are high. It helps identify what triggers are responses and gives sound advice on how to prevent outbursts that are regrettable later. It has exercises to help us be more mindful in our parenting approach, resulting in calmer interactions and preserving our well-being and our children's well-being. Highly recommend!
