I tend to do a poor job of caring for myself. I tend to unintentionally push myself towards burnout and try to fit as much as I possibly can in any given day. In this book, there are hundreds of awesome tips and tricks to help establish peace, calm, and a sense of fulfillment and control in not really a lot of time a day. That’s a big one! Being able to do small things throughout the day that don’t take a lot of time that actually bring peace? Yeah, I’m pretty sure this book is going to stick out of my back pocket metaphorically speaking… super useful listen, love the narration, and I definitely would’ve bought this with my own money. Received this as a gift, but it’s certainly worth a purchase.
